Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, what happened and any error message. For an account issue, include the email you use in Fidget. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or private media unless we ask for information needed to investigate.
Subscriptions and purchases
Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting your Fidget account does not cancel Apple billing.
For a purchase that is missing from your account, use Restore purchases in Account & settings or Plans & credits. You can request an Apple purchase refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple determines eligibility.
Privacy and account deletion
Use Delete account in Account & settings, or contact us for help with access, deletion or other privacy requests.
Report a concern
Email us to report harmful content, unauthorized use of your likeness or copyright concerns. Identify the template or content involved. Our copyright and content reporting page explains what to include.
