About Fidget

Calling Moonshots Inc. operates Fidget and is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email fidget@callingmoonshots.com. Effective October 30, 2026.

Information we use

We handle account identifiers, email addresses, profile information supplied by your sign-in provider, and authentication records. Sign-in providers may also process contact information, device and usage data, and approximate location inferred from IP addresses to provide and secure sign-in. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.

We process the photos, videos, audio, prompts and settings you submit, together with generation status and results. Media may contain faces, voices and other personal information.

We also handle purchase records, subscription status, credit balances, support messages, and technical or usage information such as IP addresses, device details, errors and paywall interactions. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not receive your full card details. Optional notifications use a device push token.

Why we use it

We use this information to run your account, provide requested edits, maintain your Library and credits, process purchases, send service messages, provide support and protect against misuse.

Where UK or European data-protection law applies, our legal bases are performance of our agreement with you for requested services; legitimate interests in securing, maintaining and improving the service; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required. We ask separately before sending your selected media for AI processing. You may decline or withdraw consent for future processing.

AI processing and sharing

When you agree to prepare or process media, your selected files may upload before a paid generation starts. Browsing templates does not upload your personal media.

We share your selected media, prompts and settings with third-party AI processing providers to create your requested edits. Their model and infrastructure providers may also process this information. Media may include faces and voices. We do not use it to identify people through a faceprint or voiceprint database.

We do not train our own AI models with your media. AI processing providers may use submitted content for model improvement under their applicable terms unless an effective opt-out applies. These practices can differ between models. Contact us for information about the processing applicable to your media.

Other service providers support hosting, storage, authentication, service emails, purchase management, analytics and notifications. They receive information relevant to those functions. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer. Exports you share are handled by the destination you choose.

We do not sell your media, publish private generations in our template feed, or use them in our advertising.

Storage and deletion

We use access controls and safeguards to protect information, but no service can guarantee complete security. We retain account and media records as needed for your account, Library, requested services and applicable legal obligations.

Use Delete account in Account to request removal. Active jobs must finish first. Some billing, security or legally required records may need to remain. Provider-held copies follow the provider's retention and deletion practices; contact us for help with those requests. Exports saved outside Fidget remain under your control.

Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Signing out or cancelling a subscription does not delete your Library.

Your choices and rights

You can decline media processing or withdraw permission for future sharing on this device in Account & settings → AI processing permission, manage notifications in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions through Apple and request account deletion. Contact us for withdrawal across your devices or deletion of information already sent to a provider. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact fidget@callingmoonshots.com; we may need to verify your identity. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed.

You can complain to your local privacy regulator, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

International processing

We operate from Canada. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws. While your information is in another country, its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities may be able to access it under that country's laws. Contact us for information about the providers, processing locations and safeguards applicable to your information.

Adults only

Fidget is for people aged 18 or older who have reached the age of majority where they live. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact fidget@callingmoonshots.com so we can investigate and address it.

Policy updates

We will show a revised effective date when this policy changes and provide any additional notice or consent request required by law.
