Fidget Terms

Calling Moonshots Inc. · Effective October 30, 2026

The app licence is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. The service terms below cover using Fidget’s AI features.

Using Fidget

Fidget is operated by Calling Moonshots Inc. You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live. By choosing Agree and continue, you accept these service terms. Apple's Standard EULA governs the app licence. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Your media and permissions

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You permit us and our processing providers to handle it to deliver and support your requested edits. Only upload material you have the right to use. For identifiable faces or voices, obtain and keep documented permission covering AI processing and how you intend to use or share the result. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, identity documents, medical records or payment-card data.

Acceptable use

Do not create illegal or infringing content, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, unauthorized impersonations, fraud, harassment or deceptive content that harms others. Do not use Fidget for surveillance, biometric identification, bypassing safety controls, extracting models or training competing AI models. We may restrict access or remove content for misuse, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

AI results

AI results can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other outputs. Check them before use and do not misrepresent synthetic content as authentic. The end-user provisions of the AI processing provider's API Terms and Terms of Use, linked below, apply to that processing, including use restrictions, consent requirements and provider disclaimers. Nothing here guarantees exclusive rights in an output.

AI provider protections

For AI processing, these protections benefit Higgsfield Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents and partners. Where law permits, they supply processing and outputs as-is, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose or non-infringement. They do not promise accurate, original or lawful results, uninterrupted service, particular quality or processing times.

Where law permits, these parties exclude responsibility for lost profits, revenue or data, and indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including business interruption or replacement-service costs. Their total liability is limited to the highest of: what you paid Higgsfield during the six months preceding the event; $100; or any applicable statutory remedy or penalty.

These exclusions and limits do not cover their fraud, death or personal injury resulting from their negligence, or liability that applicable law prohibits limiting. Your nonwaivable consumer rights remain intact. This section protects the AI provider; it does not set a separate liability cap for Calling Moonshots Inc.

Subscriptions and credits

Apple handles App Store billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price and interval unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Subscription credits reset each billing period; credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits do not expire. The app shows the credit cost before generation. Manage cancellation and refund requests through Apple. Deleting your Fidget account does not cancel a subscription. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and reports

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Report harmful content, unauthorized likeness use or copyright concerns to fidget@callingmoonshots.com, with enough information to identify the material and your concern. The copyright reporting page below explains what to include.
