To report copyright infringement, unauthorized use of your likeness or other harmful content in Fidget, email fidget@callingmoonshots.com. Please identify the content or link, explain the concern and give us a way to contact you. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Copyright notices
If you own the copyright or are authorized to act for its owner, include: identification of the protected work; the location of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to find it; your name and contact information; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
Review and response
We assess reports and may remove or restrict content or account access. We may share relevant notice details with the affected user so they can respond. If your content is removed in error, reply with the relevant facts and supporting information. Where a statutory counter-notice process applies, we will provide instructions. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Nothing on this page promises removal or restoration within a fixed time or establishes that a claim is legally valid.
